The belief at COTA is that children intuitively have a deep sense, a powerful connection, and an inherent fascination with the manifestations of the world around them.
At the Center, we have developed a progressive curriculum in which the child’s instinctual musings, as well as their household funds of knowledge, are part and parcel to interlacing natural interests with a broader lens of learning. The platform we use is a holistic exploration to capture and enhance the methods already in place at public, private, and charter school programs.
The curriculum, along with the several one-one sessions, will aid educators in how to utilize and discover these techniques that advantage students, community, family, and the schooling environment you teach.
